Training Flip Chart (Christmas Card)

A$40.00

Health education is inaccessible for most families living in the Greater Sepik region of Papua New Guinea, and many people get sick from preventable illnesses. Our Care Groups program delivers basic health information to thousands of people through a peer-to-peer system. Every fortnight, a local Team Leader teaches a group of Volunteers a lesson on topics including hand-washing, nutrition, and introducing solids to babies. Over the next week, the Volunteers each visit a cluster of 8 to 10 households to pass the lesson on. The Volunteers take a flip chart with them, containing culturally appropriate illustrations, so they can recall and pass on the lesson. Your gift will provide a Volunteer with a flip chart to use when they provide essential health education to families.

Please note: this card is a digital download. You can print it at home, at a printing facility like Officeworks, or send it by email to your chosen recipient.
