Volunteer Starter Pack (Picture Card)
We run a peer-to-peer health education system, known as Care Groups, in remote villages of Papua New Guinea. Our Volunteers experience training from a Team Leader on basic health topics, such as hand hygiene, nutrition and introducing solids to babies. They are then assigned a cluster of 8 to 10 households to go and teach this lesson to. In order to do their job and engender trust and respect from the households they visit, the Volunteers need some basic supplies. Your gift will provide a Volunteer with a Living Child shirt, bag, pen and notebook.
